It is common for Google reps to call those who are managing the ads account to offer guidance. However, this advice isn’t always from an expert. While some can offer great advice, it is best to make sure you have someone managing your account you can interact with on a consistent basis. It is important that they collaborate with you, while actually managing the account and providing reports on the activity.
