Responsibilities
- Research, write and edit content, including blog posts, social media posts, articles, landing pages, email campaigns, white papers and other marketing materials.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices within content development.
- Optimize existing content to improve search performance, engagement and readability.
- Support email marketing initiatives through copywriting, formatting and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with team members to align content with campaign goals and client strategies.
- Maintain editorial calendars and support content planning across multiple clients and industries.
- Ensure content reflects brand voice, messaging consistency and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Interest in content marketing and SEO-driven content strategy.
- Basic understanding of keyword research and on-page SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools through coursework, internships or personal projects is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of AP Style preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative execution and understands how advertising, landing pages and conversion optimization work together to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Write and test ad copy, headlines and creative variations to improve campaign performance.
- Design and optimize landing pages to support advertising campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting and creative to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports using tools, such as Google Analytics, AgencyAnalytics and SE Ranking.
- Collaborate with members to align messaging across campaigns and channels.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates and emerging best practices.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads through coursework, internships or personal projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, campaign structure and ad performance metrics.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, analytics and performance reporting fundamentals.
